Michael J. Villarosa obtained his Bachelor of Arts from the University of South Florida in 2004 in Criminology. He subsequently attended Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center where he attained his Juris Doctor in May 2009. Mr. Villarosa was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2010 and has also been admitted to the Southern District of Florida. Mr. Villarosa initially began his practice focusing on all aspects of community association law. He has also handled discrimination suits, construction disputes, contract disputes, negligence claims and various other commercial litigation matters. Mr. Villarosa joined Kaye Bender Rembaum in October 2014, where he currently focuses on assisting the Firm’s clients with all aspects of collection and foreclosure matters.
